Yes. Foster Parent College uses email addresses as log-in IDs. Email is utilized for most course communication. however, Contact Foster Parent College (800-777-6636) for more information.
My spouse and I currently share an e-mail address and we both want to register for online courses. Will this be a problem?
Each person must register with their own email address since Foster Parent College accounts are tied directly to certificates of completion. For our records, we accept certificates with only one name – hence one email address per account is necessary. A spouse will need a separate account with an e-mail address if they each want to earn credit for the courses taken.
I only have dial-up internet. Will these programs still work on my computer?
Yes. Anyone with internet access can train through Foster Parent College. However, it is recommended to view the courses on a computer with high-speed internet access since dialup course downloads are much slower.
