Evaluation

As demonstrated by the Federal Review and subsequent Regional CQI processes, data is essential to program improvement efforts that result in improved outcomes for children and families. The process of gathering and using data to inform decision making is a challenge being addressed by the Partnership.

The Evaluation Advisory Board meets to facilitate outcome identification, development and achievement, provide guidance and support for the implementation of service and outcome evaluation activities associated with the Child Welfare Partnership and to promote and develop standardization of evaluation procedures.

The Partnership acknowledges the need to use data to inform decision making. In order to accomplish this, the Evaluation Advisory Board has devloped an Action Plan, Matrix, and Process Model.

Evaluation projects conduction through the Partnership will follow the Evaluation Framework and include the Evaluation (CQI) Advisory Board in the process.

The Partnership is measuring the progress of collaboration within the Partnership and among the partners along the Collaboration Continuum by reviewing progress annually.
